Here is a list of frequently asked questions.
If you can´t find the answer for your question our customer service will be happy to assist you.

Svar: Your order will be delivered with PostNord and you will be able to retrieve your package at their pick-up point. You will get your notification by e-mail and textmessage
Svar: We will deliver your package withing 2-5 work days. During holidays there might be a slight delay.
Svar: Your shipment can easily be tracked with the OrderID du you recieve in your notifiacation e-mail. You can use the link in your e-mail or go to www.postnord.se and use your OrderID to track your shipment. If you have a registred login you can overwiev all your orders and track them from there.
Svar: As a customer you always have 14 days return right from the date your received the shipment. You have a right to open and inspect the product, this does not appliy if you brake the seal for shades or strands. The returned product and it's original package needs to be whole and in sellable shape. When returning a product you have pack it in it's original package and packaging material.with Use the attached form to state the reason for return. Paste the return adress form over the old one. Leave the package at one of Postnord's delegate. The return freight of 49 SEK is payed by the customer.
Svar: If you have a complaint regaring damaged goods, contact our customer service: e-mail:kundtjanst@wattveke.se, by phone: +46 (0)20-11 20 20. You need to contact us within 5 days after picking up your shipment. If you have a visible transport damage, this needs to be reported directly at delegate for Postnord. If you have a non visible transport damage, you need to contact our customer service within 5 days of recieved shipment. E-mail us a photo of the damage product or package, with information about the complaint. When returning a product you have to pack it in it's original package and packaging material. Use the attached form to state the reason for return. Paste the return adress form over the old one. Leave the package at one of Postnord's delegate. Normally we will send you a replacement product, and you will not be charge additionally for the complaint. If you don't follow this procedure, we may not be able to compensate you.
Svar:If you choose to return your product but want to replace it with another product, you can easily use our attached return form. Just write down the productnumber of the new product and send it with your return. And we will take care of the rest. Use the attached adress form and paste on the old adress form. Leave the package at a Postnord delegate. If your product worth is over 800 SEK the freight is free of charge, otherwise the return freight is 49 SEK with an additional freight cost of the new shipment of 75 SEK.
Svar: Take a photo of the damage, write an explanation and e-mail both to us.kundtjanst@wattveke.se. You can then use the attached adress form and paste over the old one on the packaging. Leave the package with an Postnord delegate. No additional charge for returning an damage product. Normally we will send you an replacement product.
Svar: We strive to have most of our products in the shop avalible for immediate delivery. In some cases the product has sold out, but will come back in stock on a later date.
Svar: We can offer your standard cord lengths.
